His is a powerful chart with Leo Ascendant and Moon tenants the Jyeshtha Nakshatra in the Scorpio sign. 

In matters of Ascension to throne(2016) and continuance of power(2020) or rather matters of power, authority- the Karma nakshatra, Karma tithi, Ghati lagna, Sign in the 10th house, the Sign in 5th and last but not the least the Panchak assumes importance.

Transit Mercury, Jupiter, Venus made vedha to the karma nakshatra which is a very strong point

Further the Abhishek bindu Anuradha (signifying coronation) received vedha from transit Sun (Asc lord) and Mercury(lord of 2,11)

The benefic bindus from Moon are Sampat, Kshema, Sadhak, Mitra and Adhimitra.

Of the sampat bindus Ashwini received vedha from Saturn and Ketu

The Kshema bindu of Krittika received vedha from Sun, Mercury, Venus and also from malefic Rahu.Another bindu U Phalguni  stood benefited because of vedha from Mars(yogkarak) and special aspect by Sun

The sadhak bindus Dhanishta received vedha from Sun and Mercury, Mrigshirsha from Mars and Chitra too from Mars.

The transit Sun makes vedha to the janma nakshatra

The karma nakshatra Revati receives vedha from transiting moon after it enters Mrigshirsha around 16hours US time(EST) but not before but at the same time a malefic vedha from Rahu.

The 10th house has Taurus which receives benefic vedha from Jupiter and from Moon after it enters Mrigshirsha and malefic vedhas from Saturn and Rahu.

The Ghatika lagna Libra receives vedha from Sun and mercury and a malefic vedha from Ketu

The 5th sign from Ascendant Sagittarius receives malefic vedha from Ketu and 5th from Moon Pisces receives vedha from Moon and Ketu

The Mitra bindus: P Bhadrapada receives vedha from Mercury and special aspect by Saturn, Punarvasu stands benefited by special aspect from Jupiter

The Adhi Mitra bindus: U Bhadrapada receives benefic vedha from Venus and special aspects from Saturn ,Ketu. Pushya receives vedha from Ketu and special aspect from Saturn.

The Abhishek bindu is Anuradha which does not receive any vedha.

The transit Ketu bindu is Mrigshirsha which is tenanted by Natal Ascendant lord Sun, Rahu . Transit Rahu in Mrigshirsha corrupts it.

The current Jupiter-Saturn dashas fall in favourable bindus from natal Moon but Saturn at 0 degrees in Cancer is vargottami which is certainly not good.

The sbc analysis of 3rd November 2020 shows that the transits or vedhas are not so favourable for a comfortable win for Mr. Trump.  It points more towards loss than win.

If in a scenario that the elections are postponed because of some issues then this may not hold true.
